Our model
At Aksis Hospitality Development, we support each hotel project from study and design through to completion. This approach lets us keep a coherent vision at every stage, reconciling architectural ambition, brand standards, operational realities, budget and schedule.
We offer an integrated approach with one team committed across the whole project. We work in Morocco and in West and Central Africa, notably in Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, Sierra Leone and Cameroon.

We take charge of the interior fit-out, from Interior Fit-Out (layout, bespoke joinery, wall and floor finishes and interior finishing) to FF&E and OS&E, with the supply, equipment and installation of everything that furnishes, dresses and brings the spaces to life. Hotels, restaurants, serviced or student residences, coliving or coworking spaces: we support projects that share one ambition, to create places designed to welcome, to function and to last.

Aksis Hospitality Development is led by Mamoun Mekouar. A graduate of the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, ESCP Business School, the University of Sydney and Queen Mary, University of London, he built his expertise on large-scale hotel projects at Accor, within the Luxury & Lifestyle division.
Around him, a team of experts: architecture and interior architecture, investment strategy and operator selection, Interior Fit-Out, FF&E and OS&E sourcing. Complementary profiles, brought together for each project.
